Hello all! My latest purchases have been this beautiful Sass & Bide The Movers Knit in Red and Lucy in the Sky’s Goodbye Yesterday Skirt. If you live in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, you may have heard of Brandsmart in Nunawading… Especially lately as it just had a re-fit and has been all over the radio! I have been going here for years with mum as it was in close proximity to our house and you could always find a bargain, however there weren’t many stores that interested me. Today, there still isn’t that many stores compared to regular shopping centres but it does have a Sass & Bide outlet as well as a Wittner Shoes outlet. Two of my favourite stores both as outlets in one centre. Could it get any better? DFO’s don’t offer that… I certainly wish they did though. As a University student, it is certainly difficult to afford Sass & Bide’s beautiful items so if I have the option to get them at an outlet a few months later I will be sold. There are many seasonal items that I would not go for, but this knit had to be mine. I saw it a few weeks ago and the colour tangerine has popped up a bit lately around different stores and I actually had my eye on a skirt from Lucy in the Sky but the other day I finally made the decision to give up spending just to get this beauty. I do not regret making this purchase at all! I don’t think I could ever regret a Sass & Bide purchase. Here, I have styled the knit with a white skirt (actually B&W but hidden) and some Windsor Smith heels. Simple.
This photo here shows the skirt in its full glory! Lucy in the Sky is my go-to online store for pieces of clothing that are casual and both dressy. Lately, I have had a slight obsession with different cut-out skirts and asymmetric skirts! If you were looking for one yourself, I would certainly recommend checking out Lucy in the Sky. Most are only $39 too, bargain! Every single day they have new arrivals and almost everyday I will find something that I wouldn’t mind having in my wardrobe! You do have to be fast though… They generally put new arrivals up between 4 & 5pm and if it’s something good it will be gone within the hour!
