Afraid to wear colour? Me too, but I thought I’d have a little fun with these vivid heels.

When I worked with KOLT Fashion last September, I saw the AW15 Collection for Soles, Skin, Nude and Mr & Mare. As usual, I absolutely fell in love with Skin’s collection. The Edge Heel caught my eye because not only is it the sexiest heel in my wardrobe right now – it comes in the most gorgeous assortment of colours and prints. You know that one piece of clothing or footwear that you just want in every colour? Yeah, that’s exactly how I feel about these!
They come in a variety of colours so depending on skin tone there is something for everyone!! I’ve got a pair of the vivid (as seen above) and black/white print but they’re also available in Nude, Bambi and Black!
Skin have produced the perfect business heel, the perfect formal heel, the perfect everyday heel so there really is something for everyone.
I love wearing my leather jogger pants with a heel because the bagginess of the pant tends to take away from my height! Wearing a gorgeous pair of heels like this distracts from that and I can feel free to wear jogger pants as much as I’d like! It’s so rare that I wear colour but I’ve decided that I want to add a bit more to my collection. I still want to keep things simple but want to have a little bit more fun! I loved the idea of wearing a pale blue shirt with these shoes and am so happy with the outcome. I don’t mind if there’s a rule because rules are to be broken and I love these two pieces together!! I would never wear them side by side but would happily wear them broken up by these black pants.
